About the Role
DanaMojo is a compliance-first payment solutions platform, dedicated to empowering Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) with user-friendly donation management systems. This enables them to collect and manage donations efficiently, communicate effectively with donors, and automate operational activities such as sending receipts and generating forms.
As a senior inside sales associate, you will drive sales growth by partnering with NGOs in a dynamic startup environment that requires enthusiasm, energy, and a hands-on approach. You will be responsible for executing ideas efficiently, engaging with clients, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver compelling video demos of our platform to interested NGOs to showcase its capabilities.
- Analyze client queries, provide actionable solutions, and ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication.
- Rigorously follow up with NGOs to close sales, leveraging your skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Focus on lead generation through targeted outreach to NGOs who have expressed interest, eliminating cold-calling practices.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in multiple languages being an added advantage.A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in recent times, demonstrating a proven track record of success.The ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and apply innovative thinking to provide value-added solutions to clients.
