Job descriptionFinance Operations Oversee end-to-end finance operations of Leo Burnett Mumbai with a focus on the revenue cycle. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes. Budgeting & Forecasting Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the Mumbai office. Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights. Financial Reporting & Closing Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Ensure timely and accurate submission of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) reports. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and reconciliations. MIS, Audit & Compliance Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS for management decision-making. Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and ensure smooth audit closures. Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls. Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and group stakeholders for finance-related matters. Provide financial insights and commercial support to leadership for strategic decisions. Other Responsibilities Handle any additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with a proactive approach Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably from the advertising / media industry
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Exposure to legal / commercial drafting will be an added advantage
