KEY DELIVERABLES
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end book close activities related to supply chain operations.
Post accruals for freight, customs duties, and other supply chain-related expenses.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for supply chain functions.
Analyze logistics, warehousing, and conversion costs.
Analyze slow-moving and obsolete inventory provisions.
Coordinate with AP, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve mismatches :
In GRN value and Invoice Value
Rectify mismatches between vendor invoices and GSTR2B entries.
Review GR / IR accounts and clear open items before book closure.
Monitor and clear open items in vendor ledgers, Custom Duty, related to supply chain transactions.
Track open advances issued to vendors and its aging and ensure proper settlement against future invoices.
Perform periodic reconciliation of vendor accounts, especially for OEM, logistics, freight, and clearing agents.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX, and audit requirements.
Prepare monthly MIS and dashboards for supply chain KPIs.
Vendor onboarding and due diligence.
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
5–7 years of experience in supply chain finance, preferably in consumer durables or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of EXIM documentation, vendor reconciliation, and cost accounting.
Proficiency in SAP (MM, FICO), Excel, and financial modeling.
Analytical and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with customs regulations, GST, and import-export documentation.
