Job descriptionOversee large-scale garment production across multiple locations with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure world-class manufacturing practices including lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation. Spearhead innovation in supply chain, automation, and sustainability. Own and manage end-to-end P&L responsibilities across business verticals. Drive profitability through margin optimization, strategic sourcing, and waste reduction. Monitor financial health with data-driven insights and KPIs. Manage all critical operations : production, supply chain, sourcing, quality, HR, and compliance. Build agile systems for real-time tracking, reporting, and problem-solving. Ensure adherence to customer compliance standards, audits, and global certifications. Lead and inspire a large multi-functional team, creating a culture of accountability and excellence. Establish leadership development, succession planning, and performance frameworks. Champion workplace safety, diversity, and employee engagement. Serve as the key operational interface with buyers, investors, board members, and global partners. Foster strong relationships with international clients and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. Represent the company at industry forums and regulatory bodies
