Role Overview
As the Regional Sales Manager – South Asia, you will lead our sales, partnerships, and market expansion strategy in the region. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong industry connections, consultative selling skills, and the ability to close enterprise-level deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the South Asia business development strategy aligned with global goals.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with hotel chains, hospitality groups, and large facilities management companies.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with channel partners, system integrators, and consultants.
- Drive brand visibility and represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
- Lead the full sales cycle : prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Manage revenue targets and track KPIs to measure success.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in hospitality technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.Strong network with hotel GMs, procurement heads, and decision-makers in the hospitality or FM sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as required.
