Senior Business Analyst - SDLC

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with technology teams, support teams, and clients to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, ensuring successful implementation of software solutionsparticularly in the banking and financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Business & System Analysis :

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to gather and clarify requirements.
• Understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
• Develop detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), System Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define user interface (UI) layouts, wireframes, and screen mockups for system enhancements or new modules.
• Perform impact analysis of new requirements and assist in designing solutions that align with system capabilities.
