Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Air Handling Units (AHUs) in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on AHU products and services.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, project, and service departments to ensure timely and successful project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably with a focus on AHUs.Strong knowledge of AHU products, HVAC systems, and building automation solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.Ability to travel within the territory as required.Why Join :
