Role Overview :

This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working at the intersection of corporate law, technology, and compliance . You’ll work closely with our management team and external counsels to support corporate structuring, contracts, and governance initiatives — ensuring all business operations remain compliant with Indian and international laws .

The position requires initiative, clarity of thought, and the ability to translate complex legal frameworks into practical business steps .

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Legal & Governance

• Draft, review, and maintain board resolutions, company policies, contracts, and internal governance documentation .
• Ensure statutory compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate regulations.
• Liaise with ROC, banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.
