Key Responsibilities :
- Understand customer requirements accurately to provide personalized matchmaking solutions.
- Search, screen, shortlist, and establish contact with potential matches for members.
- Initiate meetings between members and create success stories.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of customers with regular and robust follow-ups.
- Drive revenue generation through new member acquisition and renewal / retention of existing members.
- Monitor and manage service matrix and quality scores to ensure high standards.
- Maintain and submit weekly and monthly reports on customer interactions, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
