Job descriptionGraduate in any field (MBA is an added advantage). 2 years of sales experience in any field, preferably in life insurance or finance. Good communication and people skills. Self-motivated, target-focused, and willing to work in the field.
We are hiring a Relationship Manager to lead a team of agents, achieve sales targets, and help customers choose the right life insurance plans.
Role & responsibilities
- Present yourself to clients and provide clear explanations of life insurance products.
- Assist clients with post-purchase assistance and insurance renewals.
- Hire and teach salesmen and consultants for insurance.
- Encourage your group to meet monthly sales goals.
- Encourage and lead your group to achieve greater results.
- Give your management an update on your sales performance.
