Job Title : Executive Recruiter

Experience : Up to 2 Years relevant in Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for VLSI roles (from sourcing to onboarding).
• Understand technical job requirements for roles such as Verification Engineer, Design Engineer, DFT, STA, PD, etc.
• Source candidates through various channels — LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and technical panels.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand for 7 Rays Semiconductor in the VLSI talent market.
