About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate  HR Recruiter  who can own the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth, timely onboarding of new team members. You’ll play a key role in building strong, capable teams across departments by identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing offers.
• Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
• Conduct market research to understand current hiring trends, competitors recruitment strategies, salary structures, and employer branding and talent availability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities and execute campus recruitment hiring
