Key Responsibilities :
International Recruitment & Sales :
- Expand international recruitment channels and plan marketing strategies for Canadian College / University recruitment.
- Drive enrollments across the application funnel : Application → Offer Letters → Final Offers (Tuition Deposit) → Enrollments.
- Increase international student enrollment from diverse regions, focusing on India and other global markets.
Recruitment Partner Management :
Negotiate terms of engagement with recruitment partners (RPs) and provide training to agents and their staff.Conduct daily visits (minimum 4-5 RPs) to train counseling teams, take commitments, and drive enrollment targets.Hold regular 1-1 meetings with RPs, International Recruitment Managers, and team leaders to provide follow-up, coaching, and performance support.Ensure RP quality via continuous training and engagement to increase applicant volume.Event Participation & Representation :
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and seminars to promote Canadian Colleges / Universities to agents and prospective students.Respond to inquiries from prospective students and RPs to facilitate smooth application and enrollment processes.Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting :
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders at the University / College and ApplyBoard staff.Hold regular team meetings to monitor targets, discuss market developments, and align enrollment strategies.Convey reports and updates to the Department, Director, and Recruitment Partners.Performance & Target Management :
Ensure enrollment targets are aligned and achieved by semester and annually, as set by the company.Provide leadership and support to the sales team in achieving regional goals.Focus on building a solid foundation for new products, requiring intensive travel during the initial months (15–20 working days per month).Skills Required
