We’re on the lookout for a Retention Marketing Associate who can help us build stronger relationships with our customers and turn first-time buyers into lifelong fans.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns with accuracy and timeliness.
• Segment customer base and target cohorts for personalized communication.
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Assist in creating automation flows and lifecycle journeys.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Support cohort analysis and customer lifecycle mapping.
• Take ownership of day-to-day execution while learning advanced retention strategies.
