Job Summary : We are seeking a Principal Systems Test Engineer to lead system-level test planning, coordination, and execution across multiple high-impact projects. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, software, and QA teams to design test strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure end-to-end validation of complex systems. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance-while also mentoring and guiding test teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases derived from system requirements.
• Lead and coordinate system, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple projects.
• Develop and execute manual and automated tests for web, backend, and embedded systems.
• Manage defect tracking, test environments, and tool adoption (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Drive test readiness reviews, reporting, and test metrics tracking for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment on delivery and quality expectations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to test process and tool improvements.
