Senior Manager - Sponsorship (Live Events)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in securing sponsorship deals for events / media. They will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sponsorship opportunities that align with our events and provide value to our sponsors.

Your Profile

• Prospect and research potential sponsors, including corporations, brands, and organizations, that align with the target audience and objectives of our events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective sponsor companies.
• Create compelling sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to the needs andobjectives of potential sponsors.
• Present sponsorship opportunities to prospects through meetings, presentations, andother communication channels.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring terms are mutuallybeneficial and aligned with the interests of both parties.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment ofsponsorship agreements, including delivering on promised benefits and activations.
• Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline status, revenue projections, andconversion rates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sponsorshipopportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions toexpand our network and identify new business opportunities.
