3D Avatar Engineer – Short-Term Mission (Potential Long-Term Collaboration)

At the heart of the Hub of CompetitivIA intelligent avatar, you will be responsible for bringing to life a new generation of 3D avatars — realistic, expressive, and capable of conveying genuine emotion.

Your mission : to transform the team’s artistic and technological vision into an elegant, fluid, and cohesive avatar — one that embodies the voice and presence of CompetitivIA to leaders and partners around the world.

This role requires creativity, technical precision, and a deep sense of visual and emotional detail , working within an international team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of realism and human–AI interaction.

⚙️ Responsibilities

  • Design and model a new realistic and expressive 3D avatar aligned with the identity of the Isidore project.
  • Perform complete rigging (face, body, expressions, lip sync).
  • Create natural, emotional, and fluid animations suitable for real-time use.
  • Integrate the model and animations into Unreal Engine 5 (or Unity) to ensure smooth performance.
  • Collaborate with the AI, voice, and design teams to synchronize voice, gaze, and movement .
  • Conduct quality assurance, optimization, and performance testing before release.
  • Ensure a visually stunning, smooth, and elegant result across all platforms.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Degree in 3D Engineering, Real-Time Animation, Digital Design, or equivalent.
  • Proven mastery of Unreal Engine 5, Metahuman, Reallusion / iClone, Rokoko, and Blender .
  • Strong expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and facial animation .
  • Demonstrated experience in creating realistic 3D avatars, characters, or interactive experiences .
  • Knowledge of motion capture workflows and AI integration (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and deliver professional-quality results.
  • Good level of English — international collaboration required.
