Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager - Talent Acquisition to execute our recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for identifying and attracting top talent, building strong relationships, and driving efficient recruitment processes. This role will be instrumental in supporting our aggressive growth plans by ensuring we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles across different departments and levels, from entry-level to senior leadership positions.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals, to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate expectations and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
