Budget- approximately 20- 25 LPA
Qualification - CA- with 8-12 years exp. Experience in Hotels and Hospitality at least 4-6 years.
Job Summary :
The Head of Finance & Accounts will oversee the organization's financial operations, ensuring robust financial management, statutory compliance, and strategic planning. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal control processes to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) : Analyze financial performance, develop insights, and support strategic business decisions.
- MIS Reporting : Ensure timely and accurate generation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Taxation and Compliance : Oversee direct and indirect taxation, statutory filings, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Auditing : Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Accounts Finalization : Supervise monthly and annual closing of books, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Treasur y Management : Manage funds, banking operations, and optimize working capital.
- Cost Control : Implement cost monitoring mechanisms to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Cash Flow Management : Monitor daily cash flow, forecast fund requirements, and manage liquidity effectively.
- Statutory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all financial, legal, and corporate regulations.
- Balance Sheet / P&L Management : Review and manage balance sheets and profit & loss statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Internal Controls : Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management processes.
