Position : Social Media Engagement Intern

Location : India ( Remote )

Duration : 6 Months Internship

Stipend : ₹5,000 – ₹6,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Engagement Intern who will focus on managing and increasing engagement across our clients’ and Facebook profiles. The ideal candidate will be proactive in interacting with audiences, creating engagement opportunities, and helping brands build strong online communities organically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily engagement activities on client and Facebook pages.
  • Actively interact with followers through comments, messages, and community discussions.
  • Plan and execute creative engagement activities such as polls, Q&A sessions, contests, and interactive posts.
  • Research and apply trending engagement formats and conversation starters relevant to each client’s industry.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure all interactions align with brand voice and tone.
  • Monitor post-performance and suggest engagement improvement ideas.
  • Identify potential leads or brand advocates through engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of and Facebook engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for social media and community building.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Awareness of current trends, memes, and viral formats that can enhance engagement.
