We’re looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead (6–8 years experience) to join our team in Bengaluru . If you’re passionate about designing enterprise solutions, mentoring teams, and driving impactful client projects, this role is for you!
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, Scoped Apps, Portals).
- Design and implement complex integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, OAuth2, Basic Auth, data mapping, error handling).
- Drive CSM case management, portal customization, widget development , and order / approval automation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, enforce coding standards, and lead technical discussions.
- Collaborate with clients, ensuring high-quality delivery and excellent communication.
- Work with structured CI / CD pipelines and multi-team environments to ensure seamless deployments.
