Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Servicenow Tech Lead.

The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading Servicenow implementation projects, developing solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring best practices in Servicenow development.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage all phases of ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
