Role Description :
This is a full-time remote role for a Servicenow Tech Lead.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading Servicenow implementation projects, developing solutions, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful project delivery.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring best practices in Servicenow development.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all phases of ServiceNow implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and implement custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and scripts.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow platform to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.Proven experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects.Strong understanding of IT service management processes (ITIL) and best practices.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.ServiceNow certifications (e., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus(ref : hirist.tech)
