Job Title : Director Equity Funding

Location : Gurugram

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our equity fundraising efforts . As Director Equity Funding you will be responsible for developing capital raising strategies executing equity funding transactions (private equity strategic investors PIPEs IPOs) and building strong relationships with investors and financial institutions. This is a high-impact leadership role that supports the company s growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Fundraising Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute the company s equity capital raising strategy aligned with business growth objectives
• Identify and evaluate appropriate funding sources including private equity venture capital strategic investors and public markets
• Lead end-to-end execution of equity transactions including term sheet negotiation due diligence documentation and closing

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

Valuation Modelling & Analysis

Market & Industry Intelligence

Compliance & Documentation

Key Requirements :

Preferred Backgrounds :

Key Requirements : CA / MBA (Finance) from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute 10 15 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity Demonstrated track record of raising equity capital in the private or public domain (preferably $50M+ cumulative) Strong knowledge of financial modelling, valuation techniques, and capital structuring Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead transactions to closure
