About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Technical Lead

to join our Chennai team on a priority basis. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven hands-on expertise in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex applications.

Drive

end-to-end architecture and database design

ensuring scalability and performance.

Provide technical direction to the team, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of

Microservices, Frontend, and Cloud environments .

Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to timelines.

Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Strong expertise in

Database Design

(schema design, optimization, indexing).

Excellent

logical reasoning and problem-solving

abilities.

Hands-on experience in

Microservices development using Golang .

Proficiency in

Front-End Development with Angular .

Practical exposure to

AWS Cloud Services

and

Linux environments .
