Technical Lead | Offshore

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React, Java, Spring Boot, and Python , along with a solid understanding of AWS cloud services . You will guide a cross-functional development team, drive best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams across frontend, backend, and integration layers.

Drive code quality, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices in software engineering.

Oversee integration of React -based frontends with Java / Spring Boot and Python backends.

Implement and optimize APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.

Ensure efficient use of AWS services for deployment, monitoring, and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Stay updated with emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical leadership role .

Strong expertise in :

Frontend : React, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3

Backend : Java, Spring Boot, Python

Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.

Good knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc.).

Proficiency in Git, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Proven ability to mentor developers and lead by example.
