About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at the Unacademy Centre Kota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote our academic consulting and learning services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide correct information about courses, programs, and services
- Follow up with potential leads to achieve daily / weekly conversion targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
- Build strong rapport with students and provide guidance when required
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to drive enrollments
- Achieve assigned sales and performance goals consistently
Requirements
Minimum qualification : 12th pass (Graduate preferred)Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking styleAbility to handle pressure and meet targetsPrevious experience in telecalling or telesales (education sector preferred but not mandatory)Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)What We Offer
