Telecaller – Real Estate

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000

Positions : Job Description :

Telecallers will be responsible for lead calling, lead qualification, and scheduling site visits for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential leads from CRM or campaign sources.

Explain project details clearly and persuasively.

Identify customer needs and generate interest in the project.

Schedule site visits and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and daily reports.

Ensure high conversion from inquiry to visits.

Required Skills :

Excellent communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred).

Confident and proactive calling approach.

Basic computer skills and CRM handling.

Good convincing ability.
