We are looking for a Team Operations Manager to support our Maintenance team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, experience managing team capacity and workload, and the ability to track performance metrics and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Resource & Operations Management
- Track team capacity, workload, and resource allocation.
- Maintain records of availability, leave, and public holidays.
- Ensure balanced task distribution and timely delivery.
- Identify and address resource gaps.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Consolidate updates and prepare weekly / monthly reports.Track efficiency metrics such as SLA adherence and resolution time.Highlight risks, blockers, and performance trends.Operational Support
Assist engineers with administrative and coordination-related issues.Support communication within the team and across departments.Ensure transparency in daily operations.Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements in reporting, communication, and workload management.Contribute to enhancing overall team efficiency.Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in operations, team coordination, or resource management.Experience in technical or engineering environments (software, data, or infrastructure preferred).Strong hands-on experience with JIRA (dashboards, reports, workflows).Familiarity with Confluence, Excel, and reporting tools.Understanding of web scraping or data acquisition is a plus.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Exposure to Agile or ITIL practices is preferred.
