Who We’re Actually Looking For

A designer who is :

• Comfortable switching between UI design, creative design, and video editing without melting down.
• Fast, reliable, and doesn’t write “final_v12_last_revised_final_FINAL.Mp4”.
• Obsessed with clean aesthetics, grid systems, color balance, typography, and storytelling.
• Able to make visuals that stop people mid-scroll — not things that look like generic template soup.
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Agencies move fast;

you can’t be someone who needs a 3-page brief for a 3-inch banner.
