Job Description :

The Presales Manager will be responsible for leading the presales team, collaborating with sales, technical, and service teams to architect and propose comprehensive cloud and IT infrastructure solutions. This role will involve providing technical expertise to support the sales team, helping to convince clients on the technical aspects of services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through solution design, documentation, and support during deployment.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of cloud services, data center infrastructure, and security, along with excellent communication and customer handling skills. The position demands hands-on experience with IT infrastructure services, including private and hybrid cloud solutions, virtualization, network, and data security.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and propose comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, including data center consolidation, cloud (public, private, and hybrid), virtualization, and security solutions.
