About the team :
ZF's Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) division helps shaping the future of commercial transportation ecosystems. What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer - Production (m / f / d) :
- Manage (Lead) operators in the line operation by workstations.
- Manage the hourly count performance & cell performance board
- Ensure adherence to standard work, SHE standards , 5 S standards, Change over standards, tooling managementTrain, coach and assess line operators.
- Engage operations for Employees suggestions in S / Q / C / P etc.
- Update and monitor the line-side operation dashboard every 60 min.
