Job Description :

We are looking for a qualified  BIM Technician  with 2–5 years of hands-on experience to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in  Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows , with the ability to independently manage and coordinate detailed models for industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage detailed  BIM models  with a minimum  Level of Development (LOD) 350+ .
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP services within the model for seamless integration.
• Execute modeling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Create and manage  parametric Revit families  as per project scope.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance with  BIM execution plans  and project standards.
• Participate in  design coordination meetings  and model reviews.
• Support the resolution of  design coordination issues  within the model.
• Collaborate with the design team, with preference for candidates experienced in  industrial buildings .
