About the Role

We are seeking

motivated Junior / US IT Recruiters

with

6 months to 1 year of experience

to join our dynamic team and support

Direct Client requirements

across various technologies. The ideal candidate should have a some understanding of

US recruitment processes , sourcing methods, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions across multiple domains.

Work on

W2, C2C, and 1099

employment types.

Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and networking channels to identify top talent.

Coordinate interviews, manage submissions, and assist in offer negotiations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and clients.

Requirements

6 months to 1 year of experience

in

US IT Recruitment .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with

direct client or Tier 1 vendor

hiring is a plus.

Comfortable working in

US shifts (Night Shift) .
