About the Role

- You will leverage your knowledge of the tech market to source the best candidates and negotiate successful deals.
- With a focus on revenue execution, you will maintain a consultative approach to find tailored solutions for clients.
- You will analyze data from HR tools, ensure quality through regular audits, and provide accurate reporting.
- Your initial screening will evaluate technical and behavioral competencies, and assess candidates' alignment with technical requirements and cultural fit.
