We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist experienced in App Campaigns (UAC) to manage and optimize paid user-acquisition campaigns for our mobile apps across global markets.
You’ll work closely with our growth and analytics teams to scale installs, improve retention, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and optimize Google App Campaigns (UAC) for Android apps.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and creatives to achieve CPI and ROAS goals.
- Analyze campaign data to identify user behavior trends and optimize performance.
- Coordinate with design and product teams to improve creative assets and landing experiences.
- Run A / B tests for ad copy, targeting, and creative variations.
- Work with Firebase, Play Console, and Google Analytics for data-driven insights.
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience managing Google App Campaigns (AdWords).Strong understanding of mobile attribution and conversion tracking.Familiarity with Firebase, MMPs (AppsFlyer / Adjust), and Google Analytics for Firebase.Proven success in scaling installs or lowering CPI in app-based campaigns.Analytical mindset with good Excel / data-visualization skills.Good to Have :
Experience with Facebook Ads / Meta campaigns for app promotion.Understanding of ASO (App Store Optimization).Knowledge of creative trends in Tier-1 markets (USA, UK, Canada, etc.).How to Apply :
