Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual & Automation Testing

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our telehealth applications. You will design and execute test plans, build automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and user-friendly products that handle sensitive healthcare data with precision. Must be confident about his skills.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans, test cases, and scripts. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Test backend services, APIs, and integrations (REST, GraphQL, Firebase, AWS-based services).
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and frontend developers to ensure feature quality.
• Ensure healthcare data security and compliance standards (HIPAA / GDPR). Set up and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting.
• Monitor production systems, perform root cause analysis, and provide detailed defect reports.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and advocate for best practices in testing.
