Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer with deep expertise in Google Ads and Amazon Advertising to plan, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable sales and profitability.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, performance marketing, and creative strategy — a hands-on optimizer who’s obsessed with efficiency and scaling success.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Google Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display). You’ll own budgets, targeting, data analysis, and performance strategy to ensure continuous growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
Build, manage, and optimize Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
Maintain accurate product feeds and ensure Merchant Center compliance.
Optimize bidding, targeting, audiences, and creative assets for maximum ROAS.
Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audiences, and structures to improve efficiency.
Amazon Ads Management
Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and product-level optimization.
Improve ACoS and sales velocity through data-driven testing and bid management.
Align advertising strategy with promotions, launches, and inventory levels.
Data & Optimization
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics : ROAS, ACoS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Develop actionable insights and reports with clear recommendations.
Identify new growth opportunities through testing and platform innovations.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work with the creative and marketing teams to align ad strategy with brand messaging.
Stay up to date on platform updates, best practices, and algorithm changes.
Manage spend strategically to maximize return while supporting brand objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience (US experience mandatory)
managing Google Ads (Shopping + Performance Max) and Amazon PPC campaigns.
Proven success optimizing for ROAS, ACoS, and other key performance metrics.
Strong understanding of feed management, tracking, and attribution models.
Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Amazon Seller / Vendor Central.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and self-management abilities.
Experience with DTC or e-commerce brands preferred.
