Media Buyer

You will thrive in this role if you :

  • Are a Google and Meta Ads pro who can set up, scale, and optimize campaigns like

second nature

  • Have a sharp eye for scroll-stopping creative and can translate ideas into
  • high-performing ads

  • Can analyze campaign performance confidently and turn data into actionable insights
  • Get excited about landing pages, funnels, hooks, LTV, and conversion optimization
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment where creativity

    Key Responsibilities :

    1. Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple high-growth D2C brands

    2. Provide creative direction for ad concepts, content shoots, and iterations

    3. Confidently handle client calls to present strategy, results, and growth plans.

    Translate weekly and monthly performance data into actionable insights for planners

    and clients.

    4. Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights

    5. Own end-to-end campaign structuring, from ad accounts to creative asset

    deployment.

    6. Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to craft high-performing

    campaigns

    7. Stay ahead of Meta trends, creative testing frameworks, and industry benchmarks

    Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing / digital marketing, preferably at a
  • digital marketing or creative agency (MANDATORY), has worked with multiple

    industries, specifically D2C brands.

  • Track record of managing spends / ads upwards of 1 lakh a day, optimizing
  • campaigns, and consistently meeting performance goals.

  • Hands-on experience with key digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads,
  • Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. , SEO, Google Analytics

  • Worked on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce Expertise in data
  • analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and data visualisation tools

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills A / B testing and conversion rate
  • optimisation experience

  • Capability to own an end-to-end growth strategy for leading D2C brands across
  • fashion, lifestyle and premium categories.
