Position Overview Enterprise Integration Associate Platform Lead
We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team focusing on Enterprise integration solutions API management and automation in integration areas. The role involves working on newer platforms handling operations resolving critical incidents and managing stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain integration solutions and APIs with a focus on automation and innovation.
- Lead integration development projects on emerging platforms and technologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Handle production support issues resolve critical incidents and implement continuous service improvements (CSI).
- Oversee problem management following ITIL frameworks ensuring efficient operation and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BASIS Network Cloud and Functional teams to drive integration initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.4 years of hands-on experience in integration technologies.Strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite API management and integration automation.Basic understanding of SAP BASIS administration.Familiarity with AWS cloud services and networking concepts.Understanding of ITIL frameworks and problem management.Proven track record in production support operations including critical incident resolution.Technical Skills
