Workforce Management Specialist with Dayforce

Role Overview :

The Business Analyst for Workforce Management in retail acts as a critical link between business operations and technology, focusing on optimizing labor strategies through Dayforce . This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of Dayforce WFM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Operations, and IT to elicit and document business requirements related to scheduling, time tracking, labor forecasting, and compliance.
• Analyze current workforce management processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using Dayforce.
• Leverage AI tools to automate requirements discovery and documentation, extracting and refining user stories, process maps, and impact assessments from workshops, tickets, and transcripts.
