Cyber Security Analyst - SIEM

About the Role :

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to protect our organizations systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.

This role involves monitoring security alerts, investigating incidents, performing vulnerability assessments, and implementing proactive measures to safeguard critical assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on security tool experience, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity best Responsibilities :

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools and other security monitoring systems.
• Investigate and analyze potential security breaches and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat hunting.
• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure security compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage and analyze firewall, IDS / IPS, and endpoint security logs.
• Assist in security awareness programs and training for employees.
• Prepare incident reports, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and Skills & Experience :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
