Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor systems for security breaches and respond to incidents.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
  • Implement and manage firewalls, IDS / IPS, and endpoint protection.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate security into development pipelines

(DevSecOps).

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001 NIST, GDPR, etc. ).
  • Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Perform regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Stay current with emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from IIT / NIT.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with SIEM tools (e. g., Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 CIS Controls).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
