As Chief of Staff, you will anchor the Managing Director’s office, providing strategic, analytical, and operational support. You will coordinate key initiatives, track performance metrics, streamline decision-making processes, and represent the MD in critical discussions and governance forums. This position calls for someone with exceptional organizational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority. You’ll play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration, strengthening leadership alignment, and ensuring disciplined execution across the company’s functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Managing Director in driving the company’s short- and long-term priorities.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable business plans and track progress through KPIs, performance dashboards, and governance reviews.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and effective outcomes across multiple business units.
- Prepare high-quality business reports, performance summaries, and executive communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and subsidiary heads to align strategies, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Represent the Managing Director in key internal and external forums, maintaining clarity, consistency, and professional representation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational discipline and business performance.
- Support organizational change management, culture-building, and leadership development initiatives.
- Spend time across various operational touchpoints—factories, retail floors, and digital units—to maintain a ground-level understanding of business operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5–7 years in a Chief of Staff or strategy leadership role.Proven background in consulting, strategy, or multi-industry leadership, preferably with exposure to manufacturing, retail, or automotive sectors.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution while maintaining attention to operational details.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.High emotional intelligence, discretion, and maturity to manage sensitive and complex leadership dynamics.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a structured and results-oriented approach.Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working across diverse business environments.An engineering or business degree (MBA preferred) from a reputed institution.A proactive, collaborative, and resilient mindset, capable of driving outcomes in fast-evolving environments.
