Job descriptionOwn product initiatives end-to-end - from defining the problem to driving delivery and measuring success. Collaborate deeply with engineering to scope, prioritize, and execute technical projects efficiently. Craft crisp product documents - roadmaps, specs, and updates that align teams and enable fast decisions. Partner cross-functionally with sales, design, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and adoption. Balance short-term priorities and long-term strategy, keeping the bar high for quality, clarity, and impact. Champion customer needs and translate them into scalable, technically sound solutions. Drive data-informed decision making and measure outcomes rigorously to iterate for success. 8-12 years of product management experience in a technical or API-driven environment. Strong understanding of modern API design, data integration workflows, and system architecture concepts. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional writing skills - able to express complex ideas clearly and concisely. Demonstrated autonomy and accountability in delivering measurable results. Strong analytical mindset paired with creativity in problem-solving. High energy, presence, and influence that elevate teams around you. B. Tech / B E -Computer Science or any branch + MBA from Tier 1 college preferred Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, HR-tech, or verification / compliance space would be a strong plus (given TartanHQ's product domain). Prior experience with low-code platforms, AI agent workflows, workflow automation, or integrations across HRIS / CRM / ERP systems. Familiarity with developer-facing products (SDKs / APIs), integration patterns, webhook / event-based architectures.
