Job Description :

5+ years of experience in a technical support or monitoring role.

Hands-on experience with New Relic – setup, dashboards, alerts, troubleshooting.

Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA) and Google Lighthouse.

Basic to intermediate coding / scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, JavaScript).

Strong debugging mindset – able to trace issues logically and dig into logs / metrics.

Familiarity with production environments and tools like logs aggregators (e.g., ELK, Datadog – optional).

Key Responsibilities :

Proactive monitoring and alert handling across production systems.

Configure and manage New Relic for end-to-end observability (infrastructure, APM, synthetics).

Act as the first responder to system incidents, triaging issues and determining root causes.

Collaborate with developers by providing detailed, actionable information on what went wrong.

Analyze web performance using Google Lighthouse and Google Analytics (GA).

Create and manage scripts / tools to aid in system diagnostics and validation.

Participate in continuous improvement of monitoring setups and response runbooks.

Maintain documentation of support activities, issue patterns, and mitigation steps.
