Description : Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with over 7 years of end-to end project experience in both functional and technical domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering SAP C4C implementations, integrations, and enhancements, while acting as a bridge between business (Client) and implementation teams. This role requires strong customer engagement, solutioning skills, and the ability to handle C4C Sales, Service, and Technical SDK / PDI development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and execute SAP C4C implementation projects (Sales and / or Service).
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to standard SAP C4C functionalities.
  • Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, and UI personalization.
  • Prepare functional specifications for technical development (integration, extension).
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices based on SA

Technical Responsibilities :

  • Develop custom objects, scripts, and enhancements using C4C SDK (PDI / ABScripting).
  • Build and maintain integrations with SAP ECC / S4HANA using CPI, Web Services, IDoc, OData, or REST APIs.
  • Develop mashups, extension fields, and custom reports / KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with BASIS / Integration teams.
  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization of the C4C environment.

    • Must-Have Skills :

  • Minimum 7 years of SAP C4C experience, with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of C4C Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP C4C SDK (PDI), ABScripting, and UI Designer.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI or PI / PO.
  • Proficient in data migration techniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance).
  • Good understanding of SAP backend systems (ECC / S4HANA) and integration points.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAP C4C Certification (Functional or Technical).
  • Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 or BTP extensions.
  • Exposure to SAP Field Service Management or FSM integration is a plus.
