ABOUT THE JOB
- Meetings with Architect, Builder & Retail clients for business development & Coordination with
clients to understand design intent and scope of work and guide a team of designers in producing
designs as per client requirements.
Coordinating with Retail team, external BD partners at regular interval to generate direct business.Expertise in entire sales cycle : lead generation, Cold Calling, Creating enquiries, Showing theproject, Follow up and follow through, Conversion.
Ability to travel for creating sales.Meet monthly and annual sales targetsBrand Development (Working closely with PR agencies, website and social media Agencies)Coordinating and getting the layouts approved from the clients.Preparing BOQ.Coordinating the furniture supplies for every OrderCoordinating the payments for every accountBuilding professional associations among Architects & Designers, finding and generating qualifiedleads through referrals and cold calls
Thinking strategically to set aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.Carrying out sales forecasts, analysing and presenting findings to senior managementABOUT YOUR COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Be a good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and a strong drive to succeed.Be a fast learner who has the ability to manage all aspects of customer relationships.Possess excellent sales skills and a clear capacity to formulate client offers.Hold a degree or similar qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or relateddiscipline.
Show strong verbal and written capacity in English.Self-starter who is flexible and is a good problem solver capable of working independently.Demonstrate clear capacity to manage a project from conception to installation.A good collaborator who will work well with internal and external stack holders.A good finisher who will bring everything to a proper conclusion.Prior experience of furniture brands / interior design and solid sales experience will be an advantage.Handy in using basic business applications (MS Excel, Power point, Word)Skills Required
