Role Description :

• This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Operations Associate based in Bengaluru.
• You will be responsible for managing client orders, tracking the proggress and eficiency of our marketplace to deliver quality products in time.
• Managing purchase orders, evaluating and onboarding suppliers, and leading contract negotiations.
• The role also involves analyzing procurement data, ensuring cost and quality optimization, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to achieve P&L objectives efficiently.
• Meeting Targets & KPIs : Responsible for targets such as the number of new partners onboarded, cost savings, quality metrics (revisions, errors), turnaround times, partner satisfaction, utilization rates, etc.
