Working days - 5 days (Monday- Friday)

Experience Required :

5 – 10 yrs

Qualification : Graduate / BE / MBA

Require candidates from machine manufacturing industry only.

Job Description :

• Day to day purchase activities of mechanical parts, steel, casting, hydraulic, pneumatic & allied products.
• Ensure & Adhere to the purchase standard practice.
• Know how about taxation & commercial aspects in purchase process is essential.
• Negotiation skills, alternate vendor selection process knowledge for mechanical parts, steel, casting, and hydraulic, pneumatic & allied products.
• Regular co-ordination with concerned other depts. as planning, stores, engineering, quality to drive the cost improvement and aiming to achieve smooth flow, product quality with right costing.
• Preferably conversant with mining drill machinery parts & application on drills would be added advantage.
• New vendor development for all the concerned parts with a view of cost reduction & quality improvement of purchases.
• Shall have good knowledge exposure to M.S. Windows & ERP / SAP applications to establish the systematic work flow & relevant documentation / records.
• Understanding of inventory management, material flow process as MR, indent, PO, GRN, QC, Stock, challan etc.
• Able to work with a team spirit.
