Roles and Responsibilities
The role exits to partner with business in enforcing implementation of all HR Systems (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Employee Engagement) / Structure / Policies / Process / Procedures for an effective Sales and marketing Organisation and ensuring alignment of human capital management to help business achieve its strategic and operational goals.
Responsibilities
To enforce implementation of all HR practices of Talent Management throughout the year to build meritocracy within the organization
- Execute and facilitate the completion of following phases : Goal setting, Mid-year review, Annual Review
- Coach managers on the process of evaluating employees and conducting an objective performance feedback dialogue through Workshops
- To prepare the talent management review document and facilitation in career and succession planning for the assigned business units
Talent Acquisition
To propose and execute the Annual Resource DB (Domestic Business) requirement and ensure timely hiring of resources with minimal lead time for an effective employee management cycle to achieve smooth operations in business
Human Resource Planning in coordination with businessPlanning and conducting Interview in coordination with businessRequirement listing of MTs / GETs / Campus Laterals; Participate in shortlisting and interview processGETs and MTs induction Process-Project identification, guide identification, evaluation of projects etc.Summer Internships-Invite letter, Identification of Project Guide, Project, Evaluation, Stipend etc.Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth on boardingPreparing for Exit Analysis and monitoring Attrition rate; conducting exit interviewsEmployee Engagement
Ideate, develop and implement employee engagement and team building initiatives to create a positive work environment which further leads to improve productivity

To facilitate capability building of employees to build and nurture development charter of all employees so that they are more adept to achieve their business goals
Facilitate creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all employees through regular consultation with business managersEnsure all employees are assigned special projects for their IDPs and monitor their completionOrganize training programs (Vendor identification / Faculty identification / Content finalization / Feedback taking)Promote E-Learning and book reading among employees through various initiativesHR Operations and Special Projects
Managing day-to-day HR operations and facilitating smooth implementation of systems, processes and policies to support business and handling special projects
